Meet the Founder: Leading with a Vision for Functional Performance

After 25 years as an Elite Sports Physiotherapist, I decided to make a change and move to Wanaka to pursue a more balanced outdoor-focused lifestyle.
This decision inspired me to create Pure Performance, built from my experiences working with professional athletes who focused on living intentionally to maintain peak performance for years.
Using my physiotherapy background, I’ve adapted the Pure Performance approach to benefit a wide range of individuals, from women’s health to the aging population, not just elite athletes.
Living the Pure Performance lifestyle allows me to stay active—whether it’s jumping Big Air at Cardrona, surfing the south coast, or exploring the Southern Alps.

Jordan is a personal training and wellness coach with over 10 years’ experience helping people build strong, capable bodies through a hybrid approach — combining outdoor movement with structured, intelligent strength training. With a background spanning rugby, endurance sport, judo, and dance, Jordan understands what high performance looks like and how to make it sustainable. He coaches everyone like an every day athlete. With programs designed to support long-term health, resilience, and performance.

Claire is a qualified Physiotherapist and certified Health Coach with expertise in personal development. As an NLP Practitioner and internationally certified Results Coach, she creates tailored, holistic plans that combine traditional health practices with cutting-edge insights to support sustainable, individualized progress.

Dillan has a background in elite level sport, particularly track and football. He has spent most of his, and still currently here in Wanaka, football career playing at a professional level. He also has experience in sprinting, focused on 100m and 200m track events. Competing at the highest level around the world has given him a deep understanding of what drives performance.
