Our dedicated space is designed specifically for individuals over 60, focusing on functional training to enhance strength, balance, and overall well-being.  Designed to elevate you from treading water to achieving high functional capacity, this class will teach you the fundamentals of strength training and how to apply functional strength training patterns to your daily life. Progressively improve your balance, body awareness, confidence, strength, and overall fitness. Expect a combination of skill work, weights, and circuit training.

Pure Burn

Our High Energy workout is the house favorite.  We incorporate cardio stations like the, Ski Erg, along with kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, CORE exercises, and stabilization movements to bring you an incredibly effective 60-minute workout experience.

The focus on building strength, conditioning and integrating cardio into the session. The beauty of the class is that it's fun, in a team environment, working together with the potential to elevate your heart rate a lot OR simply get the muscles moving and blood flowing depending on how you're feeling on the day. 

What to Expect:

  • Expert Instruction: Designed and led by our Amazing Coach Tawna Woods her ultimate goal is to get every single person that trains with her into a confident, healthy, strong, state of mind. To feel happy in your own skin, in your mind and body.
  • Small Class Size: With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll receive personalized attention and tailored feedback to improve your skills.
  • Full-Body Workout: Classes are open to ANYbody + EVERYbody, no matter your age, level of fitness or if you have niggles. All our classes are catered to be able to be changed to suit your needs.
  • Stress Relief: Our aim is to create a fun and supportive environment and to develop habits that will last a lifetime.
