The door will open for you once you have completed the following steps.

Once the App is downloaded and you have completed the Trial registration. Make sure to activate door access.
Step Two
Inside the App make sure you have completed the door access control.
Select Profile, Access, Allow Bluetooth and allow location while using App.
Step Three
Enjoy your workout.
