Dillan helps athletes and everyday performers move better, get stronger, and unlock higher levels of performance through tailored training programs built around speed, power, agility, mobility, and sport-specific development.

With a background in elite-level football and sprinting, including 100m and 200m track events, Dillan brings firsthand experience from high-performance environments around the world. His professional football career, including time here in Wanaka, has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to train, compete, recover, and perform consistently at a high level.

Over the past 10 years, Dillan has coached high-performing athletes and individuals across multiple countries, helping them build strength, athleticism, resilience, and confidence. His programs are tailored to the individual, with a focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and training that transfers directly into sport and everyday life.

Dillan’s coaching philosophy is simple: “Passion drives performance.” Whether you’re an athlete preparing for competition, a skier getting ready for the season, or someone wanting to move with more power and purpose, Dillan is here to help you train smarter, perform better, and enjoy the process.
