My focus is on creating sustainable habits that integrate movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness, empowering you to feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to yourself.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, I specialise in women’s health, mums and bubs training, bootcamps, and holistic wellness coaching. I bring a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware approach to my sessions, ensuring a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your limits. As a certified mindfulness practitioner and breathwork facilitator in training, I guide clients in balancing physical performance with inner calm and resilience. Prior to my career in personal training, I spent five years as a snowboard coach, blending my passion for outdoor movement with functional fitness.

I believe movement should be empowering, enjoyable, and reflective of your lifestyle—whether you’re chasing after your kids, hitting the trails, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily routine. My goal is to meet you where you are, honour your journey, and help you step into your full potential with compassion and strength.
