My journey into boxing started after a knee injury, which led me to train in Macau under a former Hong Kong police special forces coach. I competed in amateur bouts before transitioning into coaching, where I now help everyone from complete beginners to first-time fighters reach their goals. My training style focuses on proper technique, functional fitness, and mental toughness—skills that not only improve your boxing but also carry over into everyday life.
